UP-RATED OVERDRIVE ACCUMULATOR PISTON AND SPRINGS
Considerably larger than standard, these accumulate a much larger volume of oil so the overdrive will operate quicker when engaged.
Two types available, the larger "works" 1 3/4" diameter accumulator piston and the two heavier springs should always be fitted together as a pair. These suit all overdrives except the late BJ8 with a stepped case. This model uses the 1 1/2" dia. kit which comes complete with piston, springs and sleeve.
