COMPETITION HEAD STUDS

Made specifically to our design these high tensile waisted studs give the best clamping force possible. Supplied as 2 dowel locating studs and 12 plain to give the cylinder head that extra location. (Wide angle and aluminium block studs also available).

Cam Covers

Polished aluminium covers with the original D-Type and LWE breather pipes. With or without a 2" Monza filler cap if required. Breather tube set purchased separately.

STAINLESS STEEL VALVES

Specially designed and made for us by one of Britain's leading valve manufacturers. This new 21st century look at the design has produced a valve of increased flow with decreased weight for those all important extra few horse power. Made of the best quality stainless steel 214N with steelite tips and plasma nitrited stems for increased life. Suitable for both leaded and unleaded fuel.

These are made to the lightest design using standard size 5/16" stems and collets.

7/16 Head Washer - Competition

ARP Heavy Duty washer is perfect when using an aluminium head. 

PLEASE NOTE:

 - 14 washers are required for 6cyl Jaguar.

STEEL HEAD GASKETS

Modern multi-layer steel construction makes this design the ultimate for competition use. Available in a very wide range of thickness from 0.030" through to 0.140", these make adjusting the compression ratio a breeze.

Stocked mainly in 88mm diameter for 3.8 Ltr and 93.2mm or 93.7mm diameter for the 4.2 Ltr.

Our recommended starting point for a new engine build is 0.060" thick. Diameters quoted refer to the gasket diameter not cylinder size. Suitable for both aluminium and iron blocks.

COMPOSITE HEAD GASKET

Considerably thicker than the original having a compressed thickness of 1.5mm these gaskets are suitable for demanding applications. Suitable for iron or aluminium block.

STEEL BILLET CAMSHAFTS

Brand new, made from the best quality steel and fully heat-treated, available in various profiles with large base circles. Gun drilled with oil feed to each lobe and four bolt sprocket fixings. RE-GROUND CAMSHAFTS

Original iron cams re-profiled, all supplied with oil fed base circles and four bolt sprocket fixings. Available with a choice of profiles. Please note there is a surcharge of £45.00 if your cams are not 4 bolt or have no oil holes.
