This will further bolster our ability to produce small batches with fast turn-a-rounds, develop prototypes and ultimately ensure stock is on the shelf for when it is needed.
Manufacturing in-house with accurate machining linked to our Computer Aided Design means we can control the quality of the product from start to finish, and ensure our parts don’t fall short on fulfilling performance or durability.
This latest CNC lathe has some interesting features: a 6.5" hydraulic chuck, vector drive at 6000 rpm with a 12-station bolt-on turret for a variety of tooling. In the following weeks the multi-day staff training will commence, so our staff are fully conversant with the machine and able to get the best out of it.
