This manifold is made to the same exacting standards as all our other manifolds, allowing the mounting of a door silencer, similar to the works cars. The secondry pipes are supplied loose to allow the fitter to align and weld together to suit each car. The sill extension must be made detachable. Very high quality mild steel with mandrill formed bends to keep a constant tube size.

This will last for many years and have the added advantages over Stainless Steel of reduced noise and fatigue cracking.

All our exhaust systems are manufactured to the highest tolerences and specifications and are made of top quality, thick, mild steel.  We have done this to eliminate the resonance caused when using stainless steel, therefore helping to keep the noise to a tolerable level.

They are supplied with heat proof black paint on the manifolds and gloss black  flame proof paint on the systems.  They do not suffer with reduced pipe diameter on the bends as most of our competitiors do.

Now pressure tested for even better quality, as small imperfections in the welds can create an air leak, which is the cause of annoying popping on over run.  Also now supplied with support straps across the flanges to prevent any transport damange and ensure an improved fit.
