SQUARE DUNLOP CALLIPER BODIES

Dunlop Calliper Bodies to suit 48mm square pads. Reconditioned by ourselves. 3.00” bolt centres. Also available Brand New.

100/4 INLET MANIFOLDS (LARGE)

Similar to the 100M manifolds although opened out to 2” to suit the 2” SU’s and CNC Gas Flowed.

COMPETITION PISTON ASSEMBLIES - SMALL DUNLOP

Aluminium bodies with Stainless Steel pistons and modern seals. These help reduce the heat sink and piston pull back. Must be used with brake pads which have thick steel backing plates.

Available with different piston diameters to suit front and rear.

SAFETY COLUMN STEERING BOXES

Our steering boxes are supplied fully adjusted and undergo bench testing as part of our quality control. All you need to do is fill with the correct oil. 

The safety column option was developed by us some years ago. As a result of head on collisions, this indicated that the full column travelled back towards the driver. To reduce this problem we produced this conversion incorporating a universal joint and body mounting clamp together with a steering wheel boss centre. This is now offered on our new Steering Boxes or alternatively we can convert your existing column to a safety type if you wish.

IMPORTANT: Please note this requires relocating the horn and indicators to the dash board. BN1 versions are also available.

BJ8 STUB AXLE CONVERSION

At last an alternative for the impossible to replace BJ8 stub axle. Our early forging, machined to suit BJ8 wheel bearings and corresponding calliper brackets to suit P16 BJ8 calipers.

BN1 & 2 CLUTCH ARM

New Austin Healey BN1 & 2 Clutch Arm we've CAD modelled this product with the aid of original drawings and invested in bespoke tooling to produce this part that has been previously unavailable for many years. Fully CNC machined to a very high standard and intended as direct replacement for the original part.

POLYURETHANE SPRING BUSHES

Updated bushes to replace the Metalastic bushes fitted in both ends of a BN1 to BJ7 rear spring and the front eye of a BJ8 spring.
