3.8 STEEL BILLET CRANK SHAFT
English made EN40B nitrided steel crankshafts are considerably stronger than the original, allowing for higher revs with maximum reliability. Whilst keeping the original bearing dimensions, flywheel fixing and original stroke they have the latest design of 8 counter weights and overall lightening (12 counter weights available to order).

STEEL CON ROD SET
These are English made from forged billets and fully machined with H-beam style. This lightweight design to the original length utilises the original big end bearing dimensions and suits the standard 7/8" gudgeon pin they are the ultimate to have.
Suitable for 3.8 or 4.2.
FORGED PISTONS
We have forged pistons machined exclusively by both Cosworth and Omega, the world's leading piston manufacturers.
Benefiting through the latest piston ring technology and having the lightest design, the crown has a protrusion volume of 46cc, which lends itself to being suitable for standard or early wide-angle heads. The compression ratio can be adjusted with a wide band by machining the top of the crown away. The valve relief's will accept a wide range of cams.
Supplied in sets of six, including gudgeon pins, circlips and rings.
FORGED PISTONS - WIDE ANGLE
Made exclusively by Omega, one of the world's leading piston manufacturers for us to our design. These pistons have the crown to the full diameter of the piston to suit wide angle heads with the larger combustion chamber diameter.

ALUMINIUM FLYWHEEL
English made to our design. The quality of these is outstanding. Fully assembled with steel friction ring fitted and a thin ring gear grub screwed on. To suit the 9 1/2" organic bolt spacings. Ideal for rally, fast road or sprint cars, which wish to retain the large diameter clutch with the lightest of flywheels.
RACE STEEL FLYWHEEL
Designed by ourselves this steel billet flywheel is extremely lightweight yet very strong - to suit a 7 ¼" racing clutch, original flywheel fixing design and our original diameter thin ring gear. Suitable for all straight 6 Jaguar Engines.
HARMONIC CRANKSHAFT DAMPER
This crank damper is like no other on the market. It has dual frequency balancing and therefore makes the engine far smoother than others. It does require the mounting hub (JENG643P) in order to fit it and the fan belt pulley must be modified.
