FORGED COSWORTH PISTONS
Produced by the world's leading piston manufacturer to the latest design exclusively for ourselves, these pistons benefit through the latest steel ring technology and have been reduced in weight considerably in recent years. The crown has a protrusion volume of 46cc which lends itself to being suitable for standard or wide-angle head. The compression ratio can be adjusted within a wide band by machining the top of the crown away. The valve reliefs will accept a wide range of cams.
Replacement rings available, please state diameter and width when ordering.
STEEL CON ROD SET
Carillo style English made steel billet con rods are the ultimate to have. This lightweight design utilises the original big and little end bearings dimensions.
Suitable for 3.8 or 4.2.
3.8 STEEL BILLET CRANK SHAFT
Manufactured to our own design these EN40B nitrided steel crankshafts are considerably stronger than the original, allowing for higher revs with maximum reliability. Whilst keeping the original bearing dimensions, flywheel fixing and original stroke they have the latest design of counter weight and overall lightening.
Ready ground to suit our rear seal.

ALUMINIUM FLYWHEEL
These are CNC machined from a solid aluminium billet with a ground steel friction ring attached to provide the clutch face. The thin ring gear is fitted and grub screwed. Made in England to our design.
These weigh only 4.6 Kg (10.1lb) complete. So are very suitable for serious fast road and rally cars which wish to use the 9 1/2" clutch & original flywheel fixing.
RACE STEEL FLYWHEEL
Designed by ourselves this steel billet flywheel is extremely lightweight yet very strong - to suit a 7 ¼" racing clutch, original flywheel fixing design and our original diameter thin ring gear.
THIN RING GEAR
Having the same diameter and number of teeth as original these ring gears have been thinned down to 3/8" thick thus giving a 40% weight saving over the original.
HARMONIC CRANKSHAFT DAMPER
This crank damper is like no other on the market. It has dual frequency balancing and therefore makes the engine far smoother than others. It does require the mounting hub, listed next, in order to fit it and the fan belt pulley must be modified.
CRANK PULLEY
Billet aluminium single ½" wide vee groove fan belt pulley designed to attach to the above crank damper.
