100M TUBULAR EXHAUST MANIFOLD
Made to a similar design as the original 100M. This manifold is a long centre branch, siamesed 3 into 2 into1 terminating in a 2" outlet which meets up to our silencer systems.
100/4 BIG BORE EXHAUST
These are a bigger bore than the original 100M and on a full race or rally engine will give more power. The silencer is very large and therefore lasts a good time, with the choice of trouser it can be set up for the big bore or 100M manifold. The trouser and tail pipe must be welded to the silencer to suit the car and therefore are unpainted. The front and rear outrigger must be modified and the manifold does not accept the original throttle linkage, it is recommended to convert to cable throttle.
3000 TUBULAR EXHAUST MANIFOLD
Two types of manifold available, both a similar design to the works manifolds. In both cases the front left hand outrigger cut-out must be to the BJ8 size. The twin carb manifold will make the single most increase in power and torque possible for the money spent.
Very high quality mild steel with mandrill formed bends to keep a constant tube size.
Finished with Black heatproof paint.
These will last for many years and have the added advantages over Stainless Steel of reduced noise and fatigue cracking.
3000 RACE SILENCER SYSTEM
This system has been specially designed to combat the 110db noise limits. Only available as side exit with a large oval tail pipe. It is hollow by design and therefore it does not wear out the stuffing like traditional silencers. It is a must for race cars and ideal for rally cars if looked after. (They do not like to be heavily scratched as this can cause resonance cracks)
Supplied with a mounting bracket on each side towards the rear. We recommend the use of our H/D exhaust mount on each side CEXS173A
SILENCER MOUNTINGS
Our new reliable easy fit mounting kit for CEXS127 side exit twin pipe silencer. The offset strap allows for the contours of the floor panel and the silencer height is easily adjusted using the ally spacer and washers.
Our 6 cyl. race silencer uses two bobbin mounts on there own.
Our 6 cyl. rear exit and the 100m systems use the standard L shape mount.
3000 SIDE EXIT SILENCER SYSTEM
Hand made with twin exit pipes welded to the silencer. This fits both the above 3000 manifolds.
3000 REAR EXIT SILENCER SYSTEM
This system lines up with both of our 3000 manifolds. It is a true big bore straight through to the rear, with 2" diameter pipes all the way. The silencer is separate from the tail pipes with the choice of either plain or polished stainless steel ends. It is designed to line up to BJ8 mountings, earlier cars may need additional mounts fitting.
3000 RALLY EXHAUST MANIFOLD
Tubular manifold of similar design to the works manifolds to suit the door mounted silencer. The secondry pipes are supplied loose to allow the fitter to align and weld together to suit each car. The sill extension must be made detachable.
